Abel Prize 2009

awarded to Mikhail L. Gromov

Gromov, Institut des Hautes Études Scientifiques, France, has been awarded “for his revolutionary contributions to geometry”.
He will receive the Abel Prize from His Majesty King Harald at an award ceremony in Oslo, Norway, May 19.
