What's new?

Check out the distributed dynamic process simulator in PureWaterlab's Division 3. This provides for simulation of chemical process plants with units located locally on your client computer or remotely on a server. Messages passed between local and remote units are sent in platform-independent XML text, so the units on each end can be written in different software on different computer hardware. Our future goal is to allow groups in different universities to collaborate on plant simulations.

Below is a screen capture from ReactorLab which shows a parallel reaction system in a batch reactor. The contents of the reactor are plotted continuously on the right side of the window (1 min of simulation time in 10 s real time). The user can change kinetic parameters, open and close valves, pause and resume the reaction and the simulation, and save data to disk files for analysis
